Free · seven questions · about two minutes

See what the busywork is really costing you.

Answer seven questions about the work your team repeats every week. You'll get an estimate of the hours AI could take off the table, what those hours are worth a year, and the one place we'd start. No email needed to see it.

How this number is worked out

It's an estimate, and we'd rather show you the arithmetic than dress it up.

Where does the dollar figure come from?
Your hours per week, times your hourly figure, times 48 working weeks — with one adjustment. We only count about 60% of the hours you report, because a first automation takes over most of a repetitive job, not all of it. Someone still reviews the edge cases. A calculator that counted 100% would give you a bigger number and a worse decision.
Isn't this just a sales tool?
It's a lead-generation page, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. It's also genuinely useful on its own: the arithmetic is above, your result is on screen before we ask for anything, and you can close the tab and act on it without us.
What actually happens to my answers?
Nothing, unless you enter your email at the end. The whole check runs in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere until you submit the form yourself.
Quality, Effectiveness, Efficiency — which does AI really solve?
Efficiency, most directly: repetitive, rule-shaped work is what these systems are actually good at. Quality is a close second, because consistency is a repetition problem — the same care on the ninth quote as the first. Effectiveness is the one most owners want, and it's the one you get downstream rather than buy directly: reply faster and drop fewer balls, and the win rate follows. In every case a person approves the work before it goes out.
What does it cost if I do want to build something?
The 30-minute call and the plan are free. If you build, prices are fixed and agreed up front — a single Automation Build runs $1,000–$3,000, live in two weeks. Full menu on the pricing page.
